Yep! You can even book AP Rates on hotels without having the actual pass yet... There is the hoop of going to Guest Relations at Disney Springs or a ticket booth to get the actual pass and show your ID - not too bad, but I was always a right to the turnstiles type person, so that was another...

The only hoop to jump through is that you do have to get your AP Activated at a ticket booth or DisneySprings Guest Services... They have to see your drivers license and get you your card. For the past few trips I had always gone straight to the taps-stiles, but the AP has been well worth it!

I can see that for sure... I got antsy at 60 days because I was all - 'I feel like I should be doing something right now'

I can confirm this... The Gazebo is now in 'Boo to You' - so they've removed the entire Sleeping Beauty segment from FoF... Makes for a very short parade and it now lacks the climax and drama that scene brought - along with the fairies, and stilt walkers. All now gone...

I did call from the park to try and modify one of my fastpasses from Splash to Haunted Mansion - it looks like the cast member actually just added a fastpass for Haunted Mansion - the splash one never went away, but I didn't use that because my wife wasn't interested.

Apparently TouringPlans is predicting over an hour wait at 8am for FoP even on the '1' crowd day... Wow!

Shocked to hear of such a long line for EMH! You would think that would somewhat limit the number of people, but I guess when every single person in attendance is set on a single attraction... My crowd level on the day I'm looking to do EMH is 1of10 - would that be of any help?!

Since I've done MNSSHP before... I was really leaning this way. It would be my wife's first time, and they are adding the space mountain and pirates new elements. If they had not added the new content I would 100% be doing something else for sure.

Solid observations... We are set for EPCOT the next day... but an evening in World Showcase could be nice for sure. I was shocked at how crowded the parade was when I did MNSSHP awhile back. Perhaps watching in Frontierland could help... I was on Mainstreet and then Near the castle for the two...

I did MNSSHP the year Hocus Pocus premiered (3 years ago? 4 years?) Very little has changed at the party, but the ride 'enhancements' during the party do sound intriguing. Disney may have won me back with those simple upgrades.

Exactly... On Facebook many folks are pointing out how short the lines are for the rides... but as an AP - its the 'extras' that I would be interested in. I didn't mention the extra effects in Space Mountain and I'm really thinking that would be fun to see in addition to Pirates and all.

Hey Everyone! I've noticed that CL at Wilderness Lodge closes multiple times throughout the day. Is that normal? Also: Is beer/wine available on demand during the 'snack' hours?

The Trip is very much missed... However - I recently learned that JLK left the dis to become a producer with one of Disney's production units. I had wondered what opportunity had come along, but I can understand leaving for such a gigantic opportunity.
