Oogie Boogie Bash Halloween 2023 Super Thread

The calendar keeps changing. Dates available and then not. And then when I click an "available" one it says it cannot be processed due to the date or amount of tickets. I was in the queue for 6 hours. What the heck is happening?

What time do you get to DL, and when do you leave?

I'll be 37 this summer. With or without, I take a nap/break. I rope drop. Open the park, take a break around 2pm for a couple hours. Return around 5 and close the park.

Buying Oogie Boogie Tickets - Timing

Logged on at 8:55... I am finally at 10 minutes wait time left... almost 6 hours...

IF out of state residents can go to DL say by August...

This is purely speculation- I think if out of state visitors are allowed in, that means the capacity will be able to increase. So once that happens, even if it was originally sold out to only CA residents, it should open up more on those dates.

A Touch of Disney 2021 Experience - Superthread - Read First Post for Updates - Updated with Full Menus

There is zero reason why this should be a 3+ hour process for DINING RESERVATIONS for a VERY LIMITED EVENT. I don't usually complain but after making people wait 8 hours just to get tickets, I just think this is becoming too ridiculous. I just don't understand the Disney IT efficiency.

Late night room service at BLT

Thank you for much. Luckily we have a reservation for The Wave during our trip so Contempo may be the best option in terms of timing. I will definitely utilize the mobile ordering there. Thanks again!

Late night room service at BLT

Never mind... I just saw they aren't doing in room dining so disregard! Sorry, I don't think I can delete this thread either.

Late night room service at BLT

I tried to search for this but was unable to find anything. We probably won't get to BLT on our check in day until about 8:30pm at the earliest. I did see that room service is available at Contemporary but is room service available around 9pm for BLT? I know, may seem like a ridiculous question...

    Cabanas at BLT

That definitely makes sense. Thank you!

    Cabanas at BLT

Sorry to barge in here with my own BLT/CR pool question. Would you prefer to hang for the day at the BLT pool no cabana or CR with a cabana? I've watched YouTube videos of both pools and they seem fairly similar in terms of "cool factor". We are planning a pool day just to relax.

flight numbers and times have changed...best number to call ME

So glad I came here. I kept calling the 407 number and it would be a busy signal or a hang up after 2 hours on hold. Thank you for the number. United keeps changing my flights (without emailing me about it) so I'm glad to get this number since I think I'll be calling at least one more time...

Breaking: Disneyland allowed to reopen 4/1 to CA residents only

Aren't we all jumping the gun? Orange County hasn't hit the red tier yet. Plus they have Touch of Disney going on until mid-late April. I suppose they could cancel those events for a 15% opening, but that's doubtful. They sold tickets to probably thousands out of state people (me included who...

The Villas at Disney's Grand Californian Owners & Lovers Group - 2.0

In my opinion, Disneyland won't even open on April 1st. First, they have to hit the red tier. Which they are not yet in. Then the governor states only California residents... but yesterday they sold thousands of Touch of Disney tickets without any stipulation it had to be for California...

Anyone nervous about how they will feel once they get to WDW in COVID-era

My kids have been in person school since August. Plus I am a substitute teacher who is in the classroom almost every day, volunteer at my youngest pre school by driving the before school elementary kids in a large van, etc... All include masks (well except for pre school students at my...

The Villas at Disney's Grand Californian Owners & Lovers Group - 2.0

I'm so happy about this news!!!! What's funny is I have cancelled my VGC trips (or should I say, they cancelled them) 4 times since the pandemic hit. Booked WDW... for the first week of May! So VGC will open while I'm on my first WDW trip in 27 years. Wow! But just means that my October 2021 VGC...

When will your children be on spring break?

We are in person and our spring break is two weeks. The weeks of March 15 and March 22. We are the 2nd largest school district in Nevada so it would affect Disneyland (if it ever opens) more than WDW.
