I'll add Pepe by Jose Andres to this list. I had the Pepito de Ternera for $18 last trip and it was one of the best things I ate all week.

I was shocked to see how many restaurants are still available for our February trip. Multiple time slots for places like Ohana, Cali Grill, Topolino's, Homecomin etc. Places that usually book up 60+ days in advance. You have to wonder if this will cause Disney to slow down and maybe reverse some...

They have the best steaks in the area. If you see Allen Brothers Prime advertised on a menu you know it's going to be a great steak.

I'll second the Salads at Polite Pig. I'll also add the Seared Tuna Nicoise Salad at Primo Piatto. I sat at the Bar at Bar Riva and they brought out the Salad to me served on a real plate with silverware. I felt it was a great value at $14.

It's so interesting that some people could love a restaurant while others think it stinks. There are so many variables can influence someone's experience. Supply chain issues may have forced them to sub inferior items They may have lost kitchen staff and had to replace them with less qualified...

I agree with the above. You won't go wrong with either. Both usually have great service and very good to excellent food. I'll also throw out there Flying Fish and Topolino's. I'd personally pick both for a nice romantic dinner over both Jiko and CG.

Agree on the very limited menu but you can always grab a pack of Zebra Domes at The Mara and bring them up to Victoria Falls.

Unless something has radically changed since our last stop there in April comparing Cracker Barrel to Homecomin is like comparing PF Chang's to Morimoto Asia. Yes the style of food is similar but the quality and execution is vastly different.

If you want something a little more casual, Morimoto Asia Street Food also serves a decent Ramen.

Can't go wrong with Boma. Have also enjoyed Ale and Compass, Steakhouse 71 and Olivia's.

They appear to be counting the buttercream layers as well.
