I vote for the handle too. Have used tumblers but always end up dropping them because of the lack of a handle. Seriously, Disney, have a kind heart for the klutzes and offer the handle-option too!!

I have never "drank around the world" at EpCot.

My very best character photos (as a solo diner) were at Crystal Palace! The lighting is fabulously flattering and the character handlers did the photos for me. I enjoyed the character interactions at all other dining events (Tusker House, 'Ohana, etc) but my best photos came from Crystal Palace.

This is a terrible experience for visitors! At Disneyland (in California), the CMs do NOT pack the boats. Therfore, the water doesn't flood over the sides as your description indicates at WDW.

I'm thinking that you actually meant to type "DisneyWorld". If she has lost her DisneyWorld annual pass, have her go to Guest Relations to get it sorted out. She will need to get it replaced and Disney will have records of her pass purchase.
