    Slinky Dog FastPass??

How did you get the +4? To my knowledge, I was only allowed at day 60, and of course, they were all booked up.

    Slinky Dog FastPass??

Yeah, I've saved a FastPass selection for that day...hoping to snag one closer to the day we're going to HS or even the day of. Crazy that they were all gone...we're staying on property, so I was at my 60 day window.

    Slinky Dog FastPass??

So, the website said I could start booking my FastPass+ selections at 6am my time on Tuesday of this week. I was up and ready at 5:45am. The first one I tried to do was Slinky Dog, and it said "no more fast passes available". How is this possible? I've checked back numerous times and it still...

Can't see my dates for ADR

Today is day 180 for me. It's currently 12:08am central, 1:08am eastern. Up until 8 minutes ago, the website only showed up to December 5th. Now it shows December 6th...but I should be able to book all my ADRs beginning on December 8th. The Disney World app shows my dates as able to be booked...

Single or double stroller for 7 and 3

I understand what you're saying...but if our 7 year-old needs a break, my wife and I are willing to toss our 3 year old up on our shoulders for a bit, or let her walk if the crowd isn't too bad at the time. I'll reassess closer to our trip dates, but I think we're gonna go with a single.

    In room childcare

We will be there in December of this year, and we're planning to have one adult night out. I think we're going to use the Disney recommended company Kids Nite Out. It's pricey, but what isn't at WDW? We have 2 kids, so we're looking at $21/hour with a 4-hour minimum, plus gratuity for the sitter.

Single or double stroller for 7 and 3

Thanks again to all who replied. I’ve opted for a single stroller for our 3 year-old and the 7 year old can walk.

Single or double stroller for 7 and 3

What time of year were you there and how many days? We're going in early December and will be there a week.

Did you use a side-by-side or a one behind the other version?

So, I didn't get one single alert that anyone replied to my thread...so thanks to everyone who did!

Single or double stroller for 7 and 3

We're surprising our girls with a December trip to Disney. It'll be the second time for DD7 and first for DD3, unless you count that my wife was pregnant with DD3 the last time we were there. LOL Anyway, we know we're going to get a stroller for DD3...my question is, should I spend $20 more and...

Yes, as soon as it drops, you can either modify your existing reservation or create a new one. That's why people are getting up early. Whether which one is better than the other is to be determined by how well the website is handling the load of people accessing it and booking FD.

    Mirrorless recommendations?

I hear what you're saying. The idea of buying something other than a DSLR was unnerving at first, but after seeing images from the Lumix series, even the G85, have been more than adequate for vacation and family pictures. For professional work, sure, I'd go with a DSLR. But I totally understand...

    Tripod worth taking?

The only reason I carry a tripod to Disney is to photograph the fireworks show....and I only bring it with me into the park on the day that I'm going to watch the show. Other days, it stays in the room.

    Mirrorless recommendations?

I'm in the process of funding a Panasonic Lumix G85. It's been around a while, but is still available on Panasonic's website. With the 12-60 kit lens, it's $899. Like the OP, I'm coming from a long run of Canon DSLRs, and I just want something smaller/lighter for travel.
