We stayed at the Homewood Suites (pretty sure that was the name) last September and bought the tickets through them. They handed them to us upon check-in. Easy with no problems!

If you go May/June, it's a little cooler. Will you have a wheelchair or ECV? If so, you won't have long waits at DL. DCA, however, you wait in the "regular" queues.

We had room 1226. Couldn't see fireworks, but got to watch WOC twice. :)

I was at the park yesterday, and it was packed. BTMRR and the park. Because my BF has to use an ECV, we were able to not have to wait in the line. We all loved it and it was DEFINITELY a smoother ride. The regular queue area, though, was a mess. People everywhere!!

There is a Padres game on Thursday. You won't want to deal with the people that are leaving the game that day, so I would say Sea World on Thursday, and the Zoo Friday.

IMO, you can't watch Blackfish without watching Sea World's response. Documentaries are biased. My hairdresser (when I was 10-17) had a sister that worked with the orcas. And was pinned. She loved her job and the animals. She NEVER felt like Sea World, or the trainers, were doing the wrong...

Being born and raised in SD, I think you should go for the Zoo. Yes, it has hills, but so does the Wild Animal Park (called Safari Park, or something now)... Utilize the bus. I always feel like I see more at the Zoo.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Homewood Suites. We had a 1-bedroom suite and when his cousin stayed over after the day at DL, she stayed on the pull-out couch. We really liked the room (although the elevators were slow). They also had a shuttle to/from DL every 30 minutes, or so. Worked...

Hi everyone! Been lurking for a while. Decided to join in! I'm gong to DL on Monday (St. Patrick's Day). Checking into PPH Sunday, going to the park Monday and coming home Tuesday.

I know when my sister worked there, most rides were timed. Her first day working Peter Pan, it broke down when a lady couldn't get off in time.
