I didn’t think they did.. but I couldn’t remember for sure from the last time we had to cancel. I already got some money refunded to a gift card we used to pay for our dessert party, so I know they’re processing them...just curious of others experience. 😊

It’s not so much the view I’m concerned with at okw. It’s more about location. When booking through DVC there are 2 location categories, but not when booking through Disney.

We booked a last minute trip and of course today I’m seeing a resort available that’s much more desirable.. I know if I cancelled, my points would go into a holding account. But, what if I just switch resorts? It will cost me 3 extra points, so it’s not less points that will be left over.
