Yes to all of the above. We dined there in mid Sept and got desserts as snacks, and alcoholic drinks included within the QS with an entree.

Been 3 times with them, and awaiting our 4th - no more problems than any other airline. If you travel light and don't care about airplane food, they are a bargain.

Me too ... now get unlimited data as well as texts and calls for £20 per month! And can use it in the US.

I can't recommend a USA data SIM but you can get a Three Mobile PAYG or 1 month phone SIM and use that for the same costs as you would in the UK. Just do a search for Three Mobile Go Roam.

I have done this on one occasion. I didn't realise it was common practice though as the front desk helped us do this to get a snack (we had used all of the snack credits) for my mom after she had fallen in the park and broken her arm. This was in Sept 2018 at AKL.
