    .

My grandson left his phone on a bench at a resort bus stop. We filed a report the same day. It finally showed up 6 weeks later. A few days is not near long enough and I wouldn’t jump to the conclusion a CM took it regardless. There are too many other options to ever really know what happened.

    VIPassholder Days 2023

We went last fall when the 30% off was active and I spent a small fortune! We'll be there again starting June 10 and I'm going to try and show a little control- I'll fail, but at least I will have tried. :)

Magic Kingdom dessert party - info please

I'm afraid people who put their kids on their shoulders block everyone's view. You can get there early though and pick a spot right in front behind the fencing. Those outside the area are far enough away that even with kids on their shoulders, your view is not really blocked. Those directly in...

Magic Kingdom dessert party - info please

There is a section for wheelchairs that is directly in front of the dessert viewing area, but it’s open for everyone. Inside the viewing there is no assigned area for wheelchairs.

Disney's Club Level (CL) Information & Questions

We arrive on the 10th, no call for us either. Got a call this morning 6/6- while we were outside working on our chicken coop- hope the cm liked all the cackling and biz saw noises. lol

Did prices really increase this much?

You really can't compare prices in February vs December to get a true picture of price increases. But honestly, I can't remember the last time I booked a room at rack rate either- there's always a discount of some kind. We're staying at POFQ in a couple of weeks- 7 nights, pool view for $1800...

    April 24- No Pool!?

I'd change resorts. I imagine they're going to make Riverside available, but there is no way that is convenient regardless of what transportation they provide. A huge advantage of POFQ is it's so small and everything is relatively close regardless of your room location. Without the pool, that...

    Thanks for the explanation!

    Additional guest

Right, that's why I said it wouldn't cost the OP more- we've stayed DVC many times and so I'm familiar with the no charge for additional guests. Just as an aside, you don't pay for additional guests at Fort Wilderness Cabins either. I'm just puzzled as to why they wouldn't be able to add...

    Additional guest

I just called about adding guests this morning. I needed to add 2 for the entire portion of our POFQ stay and needed to add 2 to our YC CL stay that's on the front end. They added them to the POFQ reservation, but said I should wait and add them to the YC the day they're scheduled to arrive...

What's it like being at WDW during a hurricane?

We were there for Ian last year. We had gotten off our cruise and new nothing about an impending hurricane until our porter asked where we were headed. We told him WDW and that's when he let us know there might be an issue. lol We were at the Beach Club, scheduled to check out the day it hit...

Disney's Club Level (CL) Information & Questions

They are certainly memories. Our trip was scheduled to start the day they shut the doors. We had the car packed, and were going to leave early the morning after they announced the closure. Fun times.

Disney's Club Level (CL) Information & Questions

Thanks for the information. 2018 was the first and last time we were at the YC at CL. It was my first CL stay ever, they comped it at check in. We did have a return trip scheduled March 2019, but well, we all know what happened then. But they hooked me. We stayed at AKL CL once pre-covid and...

Disney's Club Level (CL) Information & Questions

It's been several years since we stayed CL at the YC, but finally going back next month. Back then, even when the lounge was closed, you could step in and get drinks or an ice cream. I've read that now the doors are closed and locked after hours. Is that your experience as well? Thanks! I'm so...

Iger is back and Chapek is out...

Me too! I recall the time so clearly, because we had reservations that were going to start the day Disney closed. Our car was packed and we were ready to leave the morning after they announced they were closed. Conventional wisdom was a few weeks at most and Disney would be back up and running...

It was done Friday, they just held off announcing it until this evening.

    WWYD - Fantasmic?

I think people going to the MK on a party day tend to stay right up until closing to get as much out of the day as possible. After 6 I'd expect to see an increase in crowds for any of the other parks, but I don't think you'll see much of a surge at 2. It's nothing I'd plan my day around for...

Extended Evening Hours - 2023 Deluxe Hotels

That's assuming that the After Hours took the place of the old EMH's and as far as I know they didn't. They just took them away. After Hours isn't something everyone wants to or can pay for, but I'm glad we have the option. As for us, the old EMH just weren't worth it. It was extra park time...

    Early 2023 AP Rates Released

Historically, the AP discount has almost always been the best offer. I don't think I've ever booked where it wasn't.
