One note on the golf cart rentals. During our recent Halloween stay, Disney allowed outside vendors to deliver carts to the overflow lot inside the Fort. Now that we are a little closer to Halloween......I can honestly say that there are some amazing decorated sites all over the Fort. To give you my 3 top would probably be unfair as you may miss some other great sites. My advice would be to come early and try and hit as many loops as possible...
