I personally would not. Contemporary is nice and the location is great. If the cost savings is significant and you can use the money for other fun stuff though you could do a heck of a lot worse than Coronado.

I typically fly since I live far away and buy a styrofoam cooler (and beer) for about 8 bucks from garden grocer and just leave it st the resort when I go home. It’s much cheaper than buying drinks st the pool bar.

That's too bad. It was a lot of fun. I do see that Wilderness Lodge has a trivia day at Geyser Point so I'm checking too see if it's similar. Either way I really appreciate the feedback. I'm sure we can figure out something to do that night. ;)

Has anyone participated in the trivia event a geyser point? We are staying at Ft. Wilderness next month but always enjoy Wilderness Lodge and it looks like it would be fun. Our family went to a trivia event at Port Orleans last year and had a great time and was hoping this was similar.

Can anyone tell me if there is still trivia on Tuesday nights at the lounge? We did it last trip and had a blast and would like to do it again when we are back in August.

Thanks for pointing this out. I had made my resort reservations but hadn't pulled the trigger on the Dopey yet. This saved $50 which is nice. I ran my first half marathon at Wine & Dine last November and all three Star Wars races but never dreamed of attempting a marathon. I can't wait for this...

It’s going to take a while to get everyone back to the corrals. This is frustrating as there is no communication from Disney. I was excited for this run but at this point I’m hoping they cancel.

I've been twice. I really enjoyed it the first time but not so much on our last visit. It was cold inside which bothered me though. It is pretty dark, but I was able to see ok. It's a unique setup though and fun to experience.

There some great advice in this thread. I too would worry about having 3 meals in a day. Deluxe dining is about spacing out the meals and using you snacks to fill in. You also burn a lot of time in the restaurants. I'm also a big fan of Skipper Canteen and would suggest keeping it. I like Kona...
