Well that's aggravating. I would have thought if they took the time to update their website to the new dining plans/algorithm they would have updated prices too 🙃

I believe the biggest group you can book is 12. You're going to have a hard time booking bigger rides with large group. Try splitting your group up into smaller groups for harder to get rides. Ideally 4 or less.

Best bet is parking at TTC and walking over. Guards are most likely not letting you through without resort/dining reservations.
