As far as locals go (pixie pass especially) I noticed 2/14 is blocked but 2/21 is not. Interesting that they block Valentine's Day but not President's Day, which is a national holiday.

It's not just when will it roll out, but also how much notice prior to the roll out will Disney give. Also, will there be a chart showing the prices for the upcharged attractions or will we not know until day of how much each is?
