Nope I had the same situation. If you want to do ride selections log into the chat like you were going to do the video call. It will give you the option of choosing your rides with a person on chat.

Actually ours was from March and we still had 60 days ending May 21. I logged into chat and it allowed me to go to ride selections without having to do the video approval again so I am assuming they will hold your 60 days

Yikes! Working at skyliner is not for the weak and is way more complicated than it looks! I never think about guests not listening or doing those things. So scary.

We use them every trip now and absolutely love them. Their customer service is top notch. Their cars are spotless. Their drivers are so nice and they will have Disney music or videos playing for you.
