    Battery Operated Handheld Fan?

I used a small phone/usb fan and plugged it into a fuelrod. The fuelrod made a nice handle for the fan and when it started to die, I just switched it for a new one. Bonus, when my phone battery was getting low, I unplugged my fan and charged my phone.

Paid parking is coming to WDW resorts March 2018

Just to add, Napa Rose and the Spa validate for 5 hours. If you are not eating at a TS restaurant it is $20 for the first hour and $10 for each additional hour with a maximum of $60. I personally hope Walt Disney World implements this for people visiting the hotels. Parking was horrible at...

    Pete’s WW2 comment

I was also wondering what the comment was so I watched again. It was made during John's rapid fire about a possible 3rd gate at Tokyo Disney. Pete said something along the lines of "I'm guessing it won't be WWII themed." I don't see it as being that big of a deal. It was just an unfunny...

Entering with APs using the DL App

I exclusively used my phone to enter on my last vacation. It was much easier for me to grab my phone then take the card out of my wallet. We also had all of our passes on everyone's phones. We used one phone to enter for the group and just scrolled through the passes. It also made it really...

(Update post #1-- problem solved!) Oh no! Skirt from Cherry Tree Lane still has security tag!

What type of security tag? There are a few different styles and some are easier to remove than others. If you try to take it into a store that store might not even have the device to remove.

The Incredibles Join the High-Speed Action When Incredicoaster Opens this Summer at DCA

Pixar Pier isn't just the Incredibles coaster. It will still have Toy Story Mania, re-themed Fun Wheel, and re-themed Games of the Boardwalk. There will be a new family friendly Inside Out ride. So the only thing not for people of all ages/heights will be the coaster. I must have missed it...

Interesting Rolling Stone article on college debt

I was just trying to explain how student loans work specifically. Clearly I was unsuccessful. In regards to the man in the article, with a $35000 principal at a 8% interest rate (which I believe was the rate at the time,) his monthly payment on a standard plan would have been around $425 with...

Interesting Rolling Stone article on college debt

Interest is accrued daily from the principal. When you make a payment it goes to all interest that has accrued up to that point and what's left goes to principal. As you pay the principal down less interest will accrue, and more of you payments will go to principal. If the borrower is on a...

Interesting Rolling Stone article on college debt

The bolded is incorrect. Payments made on standard repayment plans do count, but the borrower must enter into an income driven repayment play to recieve PSLF. If they were to remain in a standard repayment plan their loan would be paid off in 10 years so there would be nothing to forgive...
