We are a group of 6 as well and it’s still very possible to get cancelled fast passes even with a large party. When it’s time for us to get a new fast pass I just refresh until a good one pops up.

We are night hawks too and have no issues arriving at the parks later in the day. If you have Maxpass you can refresh for cancelled fastpasses and that helps a lot. We do find the lines much shorter later at night too. (Not necessarily walk on but close to it for many attractions). We jump in...

Ugh, that sucks. Why would they do this? We love the theatre. It’s a tradition for us to finish our days there. We hang out for a bit, talk about our day, watch the movies. So disappointing.

I’d recommend trying the toasted cheese sandwich at jolly holiday bakery. It’s amazing and my kids love it too, even more than the ones at Woody’s. The one at DL is less garlicky, thicker and the cheese is a bit different (less creamy, more stretchy). It also comes with tomato soup that is amazing.
