Can anyone confirm if Goofys kitchen is allowing a Disney chase visa discount for the Halloween didning that has been recently? On the DCV website it says it's offered but on the disneyland dining website it doesn't say. Maybe it's changed?

This same thing happens at storytellers and plaza inn as well. I've seen it first hand. It's quite annoying when you pay these prices for the exclusive photo opportunities.

I wanted to report back that I think they are dropping the reservations at odd times. I was able to book Goofy's kitchen at 11:45pm PT last night which that day shouldn't have opened until today and I reserved the Happiest Haunts tour at Midnight PT I checked before midnight, but it wasn't open...
