Agree, we did the After Hours at MK as well, and it was a great way to experience the park (even though staying up until 1am after getting up at 2am for multiple days wasn't optimal). My son's comment "It's crazy walking through the park and not having to dodge around people"

Be aware, the last few years the line at the Guest/Runner Relations tent on 5k morning was REALLY long. I remember only because I commented on it to my wife and kids. So if you do end up in this situation, get there as early as you can on race morning.

I'm with you. I liked the distraction of all the twists and turns in WWoS (maybe because I like trail running). I think that largely straight/exposed stretch from AK to Blizzard Beach is going to be a mental and physical challenge.
