I was second guessing our Poly stay in early august for a similar reason except we haven't stayed at there before. The YC is $600 less and that is the last deluxe we stayed at (and loved).

I wonder if we'd still be able to mobile order at other Monorail resorts while we are staying at the Poly...

Anywhere to find out what the resort/pool activities are currently? We have a Tie Dye obsessed daughter and I've seen where some of the resorts off this (for a cost of course).

You are right. This makes me think they really aren't going to release AP discounts for that time frame. I can't think of a time I didn't see an AP or FL res discount.

Went poking around to see if anything dropped for our August dates and noticed the details now say "most nights July 11th- Sept 29th."

My daughter is a little older but on the small side, so she likes to go to splash pads but will go to the big pool if its really busy and there are babies (she like to give the littler ones space). I saw a lower rate for GF with the Visa Cardholder offer. I might be swayed to jump over there.

Kind of bummed to hear about this. We just booked a last minute Poly trip for the end-ish of Feb. Decided to take advantage of the lower guest occupancy with the refurb since it's my dream resort. Now I am starting to think I'll be over paying for a not so great version of the Poly.
