I was editing, but it did take about 30-45 minutes to process with lots of refreshing.

I recieved a payment screen and then a Congratulations! with an order number. It took a while and lots of refreshing. I also got a confirmation email.

It is a glitch, just keep refreshing until you get choices.

Ordered a Moana band for my DGD, the rest of us have skins/decals so we just needed the colored bands. It took a while to get thru to the end for the payment screen, kept refreshing and trying again.

We are doing WDW first in July 2019, using ME to POR , and have booked Tony Hinds to take us to Universal and then to MCO. We used Tony Hinds in August 2016 for a Universal only trip and were very pleased with his service. He has reasonable pricing and is very accomodating.

I just booked CL for July 25-27 with APH discount, saved about 30% ($187.50+tax per night), I used the Loew's site not Universal and used promo code APH and it showed today (but not yesterday). Score!!
