Actually, we found a Tux store going out of business before our first cruise back in '05. So, I bought a couple of tuxes (black and white) along with all his Disney accessories. I bring them on most of the 14nt cruises since they always have a formal night (or two) and only on special 7nt...

I remember on the first Alaskan cruise, they also did the wristband bit. I had wandered by and caught the last five minutes of the wristband handout and the pin buying started 30 minutes later. I got a wristband and just hung out in the store for 30 minutes (we were going to anyway). And got...

Well, it looks like the WBTA is out for us this year.. :sad1: Our bathroom has decided that it was remodeled this year and it won't take no for an answer. I tried and the toilet just spit back water in my face (I then quickly replaced that tank/bowl gasket to shut it up for the moment)...

You need at least 10 posts.. Just do countdown posts here (everyone else has at one time or another)... Just give us a one line tip/hint/joke... with each one.. or have fun and make it like those old highway sign ads.. one line per sign leading up to some big ad or restaurant, etc.... :)

Tastings are like chips, you cannot have just one.. gotta do them all. When you say Martinis are you talking Vodka, Gin, Rum, or Tequila Martinis? They do them all at the tastings.. I do plan on doing them all and at least once (it is a 15nt cruise). :woohoo: :faint:

No, the Dry dock was to fix the generator that blew during an Alaskan cruise.. no re-imagined upgrades..

You East Coasters have those options.. Coming from the West Coast, flight time is a minimum of 6hrs (if there such a thing as a direct flight) and in all the waits and fly-day is a 8-12hr experience (with time changes). No way, can I even entertain the notion of flying in on embarkation day...

I want to say yes, as any delay would could push it out to 11am arrival, plus luggage pickup, travel to port, etc.. you could make it but why stress out before the cruise.. We are flying in the night before... Using SW and tix from SFO -> FLL was only $169/pp. But then we flight out of SFO @...
