Agreed and I don't mean any disrespect either. Just very curious where he is coming up with the 17 from since that is different than what Disney career site says. For 17 and hour I'd think they'd have more than enough applicants lining up for a job.

Can I ask where you are getting that information from? According to Disney careers the starting rate is 10.50 per hour not 17, and the sign on bonus is 1,250 not 1,750. That was information from jobs posted just a week ago so it's hard to believe that starting rate went up 6.50 in just a week.

I completely agree. Some things can wait and taken care of once home but housekeeping should have been addressed while there. I agree that higher pay might improve the turnover rate. However I think it goes beyond Disney as many companies under pay employees.

That depends on what your teen would be interested in. For our family the pool is important for the kids so we'd choose either CSR or CBR. My boys would prefer CSR as the first choice, but again that is just my family and everyone is different.

We've never stayed at either resort so no help with recommendations. However the OKW 2 bedroom is 1395 Sq feet while the SS Tree house is 1074 sq feet. So the 2bedroom is definitely the larger in sq footage of the two.
