    GotG Cosmic Rewind AP previews

I got in the queue at 9:20 and was quoted a 30 min wait. Actual wait was about 25 mins. I believe I saw May 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21, 22? Might have been more. When I opened May 16 there were 30 mins windows from 10am to 6:30pm available. So don’t lose faith, I think you have a good shot.

Why are Epcot sit-down restaurants closing early May 29th and 30th?

I found that when I was booking my 60+10 for May 13-24 that I couldn’t get Via Napoli, Chefs de France, Rose & Crown etc after 7pm. Only 6:00pm, 6:30pm etc…But then once the true 60 day window opened for each day, I was able to get reservations after 7pm.

One Last Rant on the State of WDW

For someone not planning to return, you’re certainly investing a lot of time in defending your rationale. As I said in my original post, perhaps WDW is no longer the destination for you. It appears you’ve come to that conclusion and that is your right. But I doubt you’ll be convincing others of...

One Last Rant on the State of WDW

How are bed linens integral to theming? The Polynesian has had extensive re-theming in the rooms with Moana touches, along with the Contemporary with The Incredibles, and Wilderness Lodge with some playful Chip & Dale touches. In 2019 the Jambo House rooms at AKL were re-themed and have Lion...

One Last Rant on the State of WDW

    As of today, Mar 20th 2022, full daily/pre-pandemic housekeeping has returned to: - Disney’s Polynesian Resort - Disney’s Contemporary Resort - Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort - Disney’s Wilderness Lodge - Disney’s Yacht Club Resort - Disney’s Beach Club Resort - Disney’s Boardwalk Resort -...

One Last Rant on the State of WDW

Sorry, but I’m going to call into question a few things…. FOOD Golden Oak Outpost - Chili Cheese Fries $6.49 x 2 - Chicken Tenders $9.99 x 2 - Fountain Beverage $3.99 x 6 Subtotal $56.90, add 6.5% tax TOTAL $60.59…..a far cry from $100…but rather $10 per person at your statement that you are a...

    Chefs de France

All the food locations in the France pavilion are run by the Bocuse family - one of the most well regarded culinary families in France. Chefs de France, Monsieur Paul (still temporarily closed), L’artisan des Glaces, Les Halles, La Creperie etc are all run by the same company. Sounds like you...

Rose & Crown - Harmonious Fireworks Viewing

Can I just ask: did you have a normal Rose & Crown reservation and you were seated on the upper patio? I’m trying to determine where the seats for the Fireworks Dining Package are versus the normal patio seats. We’ve been seated on the upper patio before and loved the view - just curious if the...

    Summer Discounts

And my experience was totally different. I had no issues getting discounts for my entire stay, two different resorts with in demand room categories. Both general public and AP discounts had good availability for my dates (mid-May to late-May).

    A complaint: lack of housekeeping

There is a huge difference between fully staffing housekeeping at a 130-room Hilton Homewood Suites versus fully staffing housekeeping for Walt Disney World’s 27,734 Resort rooms. They have 9992 value rooms, 7384 moderate rooms, 5322 deluxe rooms and 5036 DVC rooms. Even if we assume that...
