? for those who booked November dining

My booking window opened today for 60+5 (11/9-14), and I couldn't get Space 220 at all until 11/13, and V&A appears to mostly be unavailable. I saw Steakhouse 71 openings for all the days. Nov 10-12 is a holiday weekend, so I guess that's the problem for us.

    V&A Already Unavailable Nov 10-13?

Ok, I tried logging out and back in, and I was able to at least get the reservation for 3! Now I just need to change it to 2.

    V&A Already Unavailable Nov 10-13?

There are times available on the 14th for both, but we leave that morning. When I get to the booking page for that V&A table, it gives me an error message...sigh.

    V&A Already Unavailable Nov 10-13?

Our dining reservation window just opened this morning for our trip Nov 9-14 (2 adults), and one of the things we really want is to eat at V&A, but I don't see anything online for our available days, which are essentially Nov 10 and 11. Weirdly, if I edit our party to 3 ppl, there is something...

    It's been awhile

I'm in almost the same situation, so I appreciate this post and the responses. I'm gonna miss the late-night extra magic hours...those were fun times.

    D23 EXPO 2019 Superthread - dates announced!

I hear the Jeopardy theme song playing in my head...sigh. Afraid to refresh the page on my own because I don't want to lose my spot in the queue, but is there even a queue at this point??? Are they just toying with our emotions?

2019 Disneyland After Dark Events: Sweethearts’ Nite and 90s Nite

We are attending 90s night this week as well. I have so many fond memories of the Disney Afternoon years at Dland. It kind of tickles me that some of the "collectibles" they will be giving out are things I already got when they originally were distributed. I love that they might be piping in...

For Us, Toy Story Land Was a Dud

I am glad my orig post has spawned so much discourse. The first time we saw Pandora (Oct 2017), I was blown away by how realistic the setting was. This was also in the middle of a warm day with huge crowds and an annoyed 3 yr old. We didn't even ride any rides in Pandora until last month, which...

For Us, Toy Story Land Was a Dud

We went to Toy Story Land for the first time yesterday, between 2-4pm, and I just cannot understand the hype. First, I hate dead end lands...only one way in or out. DHS has a lot of those right now, and it feels like a traffic nightmare. Second, there is almost zero shade anywhere and very...

    Flight of Passage..a short review.

I get terribly car sick and can't go on rides like the teacups. Sometimes Star Tours makes me a little queasy. I didn't have any issues on FoP. However, it was intense at times, and I admit I closed my eyes. What kind of annoyed me, and this may sound silly, was the vibration mid-chest over and...

    Strategies for slowin’ it DOWN

Most of the ADRs and FPs can be gotten the day before or day-of, so you can be flexible with your time. It's really just a handful of restaurants and rides that require a ton of advance planning. We started out like you as well, and I still make a spreadsheet (can't help myself), but I stopped...

    Biggest Medical Rip Off?

I've been going to the same dentist since I was a teenager. He and his wife run the business, and they are so great. But...he is out of network with my dental insurance. DH just had to have a root canal done, and the cost (not including the crown) was $1300. Since my dentist is out of...

What's your favorite unique to Disney dish?

DH would probably say anything related to Dole Whips. I really love the strawberry "soup" at 1900 PF and cream cheese-filled pretzels. Oh, and there's something about that POG juice blend...maybe you can get it other places, but it tastes so good at WDW!

    Flu shot poll

Yeah, we had more summertime illnesses this year than I remember in the past. Such a bummer. We actually found a doctor that will do the shots this weekend! So, our boys are getting them on Sunday :woohoo:

Best Thing you have done that was an Extra Cost Experiences like Dessert Parties, etc.

We did Wild Africa Trek when it was first offered, and it was hands down the best tour we've been on. The most detailed was the Magic Behind Our Steam Trains tour, but I think you really need to love trains to get your money's worth (plus, it was freezing cold the morning we did it - probably...

    Rack rate room availability

Wish I'd seen this before I posted a thread asking the exact same question a few hours ago. Good information, and very smart on Disney's part, but it bums me out because of the lack of available rooms on our dates.
