You worked the Masters? That makes you officially DH's hero. Just curious, what did you do there? For the Heritage, they have a practice get-together for all the volunteers. Do they do that for the Masters?

We've always stayed in 1 Bedrooms, including this past November, when we stayed in an "old" one. I usually do at least 2 loads while there. Never had that problem with the dryer door that kristenrice described. And I hope we don't-I'll be on the lookout for it!

When you mentioned POFQ and beignets, it reminded me-we got into POFQ with no difficulty. We just told the security guard "We're here for the beignets!" and he laughed, lifted the gate and welcomed us in.

Thanks. Coincidently we stayed in that building once, and that wasn't the one with the road noise. That was the one where DH and DS golfed at LBV one day, and when they were near our villa, they texted me and got to wave to me on the balcony. DS especially loved it.

I agree completely! The entree salad with ooey gooey toffee cake and I think there was some orange drink they had-my favorite respite from the heat at lunch.

When I was there in February, I looked but didn't see him. Wasn't he supposed to be meeting at the Imagination Pavilion? I know some people didn't like the "look" of the character, so maybe Figment went off to get a major make-over.

Thanks so much! Temperature wise, I was thinking late September was better than early, as well as sunset/sunrise times meaning less sun exposure. Now I feel my odds for meeting a hurricane are actually less. No guarantees, I know, but better odds.

Curious people want to know-where in the lodge do you want to be? We always request the main lodge, top floor and have been in one of the one bedrooms (1137) more times than not. It's not our favorite view, but not bad.

By one bedroom suites, do you mean hotel rooms or the DVC one bedrooms? All club level rooms are 6th floor, I think.
