Vaccinated and planning on a trip in January 2021. We'd like to have more of the entertainment back and hope it will be by then.

I agree with this. His voice is not "full" which made me miss the tone of Alex Trebek's voice, but I thought he was well-spoken and did a nice job.

Oven for sure. Foil in a rimmed baking sheet, racks on top, bacon on that. Oven preheated to 400. Perfect every time and pretty easy cleanup as well.

I have one. I like it for mac and cheese and I've done pork loin in it as well. For those it worked well, but it definitely has limited usability compared to the traditional pot.

We made a drink in mixology. Don't remember the name of it (Pama something?), but it was St Germaine, Pama, cranberry juice, pineapple juice (shake that all together) and champagne.
