Chase Disney cc is a joke

OK someone mentioned 10% off on food, but each time we are there we never get the 10% off. Am I doing something wrong? I ask and they always say, not at this restaurant (been to Blue Bayou, Cafe Orleans and Ogas, all have said this). Which restaurants DO you get the 10% off at??? Same goes...

    Web Slingers -- disappointed!

Yup same here. Paid $15 PP to ride it with the LL+ and it broke down before we could ride it, then eventually came back up and we rode it and were disapointed as well. Spending an extra $60 for that was not great, we never rode it again that trip (we also came 5 days and did 2 in DCA, didnt...

Minor with different name on DL reservation or ticket purchase.

Nope just got back, doing the exact same thing. Didnt even bat an eye. Also, they never asked him for ID so, if something were to happen and he is no longer invited, well anyone can use that ticket, the name on it doesnt mean a thing really. Have fun!

    Tidbits from recent DLR/GCH visit

I wish our server told us this. She just was not great. When I asked about the beignets, just said "yeah, that was YEARS ago, like 2019 or something, we dont serve those anymore". Um ok, but not THAT long ago, since Covid, kwim? Put me off quite a bit, her nasty attitude about it. Anyway, I...

Dark Side at Disney: Theme park guest evacuated from Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance three times in one day

We went once on our last trip. I paid the $80 for us all to go that one time. We got the Kylo hologram, so I guess that wasnt supposed to happen? No cannons, we just walked through the room of storm troopers who just stood there (we assumed they were statues). It really wasnt worth the extra...

    Tidbits from recent DLR/GCH visit

Another thing for me (not having been since Covid) was that Cafe Orleans no longer sells beignets! I was so sad to hear this when we went two weeks ago. ETA: We booked two meals here because we thought the menu was the same as before, we were so sad. But the Chicken was great and while the...

Our Park days crowd calendar jumped from 4 to 9!

We were there two days before the CA tickets opened up (one of which was a Grad Night) and those two days were the best and least crowded of our trip. Our other 3 days (M-Wed) were the first three days of the CA Ticket offer and those days were really, really busy. So much more busy than the...

    Blue Bayou….

Walls were up as of the 15th when I asked. Really wanted a BB dinner to finish off our trip, but with the walls up, we just ate at Cafe Orleans.

Got to clap with the "Clapping Man" :)

We were waiting for Jungle Cruise shortly after opening on our last of 5 days at the parks. We were in the ADA waiting area, and a very old gentlemen was exiting a boat and started walking towards me and started to clap. I recall hearing about him before, and think I saw him (from afar) in the...

    ECV Rental in Disneyland

We had a scooter last week for 4 of our days in the park. It was awesome. We first rented a wheelchair, and quickly realized the scooter is the way to go. Had it dropped off at the hotel (Desert Inn, with Deckerts) and off we all went. Deckerts was fantastic, all the way. Will for sure be...

    Blue Bayou is open!

I am going to play it by ear then. We go next week. I have great time Dinner Reservations for Cafe Orleans, and if the walls are up, not going to want to switch to BB. Thanks for the info.

    Blue Bayou - Summer

Yeah, no thanks if the blue walls are up. The main thing about BB is the view of POTC and ambiance it gives off.

    Cars Land Breakfast Rally

Oh man, never met a Dining Experience I wouldn't try at least once ;) excited to see this! ETA: It doesnt allow me to click on it to see if it is available during our trip nor see what is involved with it. Is this the same for everyone?

Is walking into toy story lot no longer an option?

Oh no, this will change our ability to stay at Homewood Suites Anaheim Convention Center. We always walked over to the TS Lot to grab a bus in and back to the hotel to save all the steps. Is this a new thing? ETA: is it possible to get a photo of the signs you are talking about? I mean there...
