They are here! (Summer 2025 I mean)

Thanks for this info! I just wrote our agent and told her to get us some info next week on two Disney and to let us know other lines to look at. I know Princess and Holland America are big ones, just not sure how they would be for two teenagers? Either way, we definitely want to do this! So...

They are here! (Summer 2025 I mean)

I think we've been priced out for 2025 Alaska with Disney. I can do a week long with one room (with a 17 and a 15 year old) for like 14K and I can get two rooms on RC for 11K inside passage. I hate to turn Disney down, but I think I have to this time. So bummed!

    Passport for Alaska cruise

Yes, you're right. I did that whole process with my kids. Pretty easy, at least by where I live!

    Passport for Alaska cruise

If I were you, I'd just renew, if you're not in a hardship to do so. I renewed my kids back in January and got them back within four weeks. They didn't expire until next year but we have a cruise we're going on in July and I just didn't want to push it.

    Next Batch of Cruises

I'm dying for this! I need to book our 2025 Alaskan cruise! We booked this summer's cruise at the end of last March, so I'm hoping soon!

    DCL cruisers tried Royal...

We took a Royal cruise over Christmas (Anthem of the Seas) and we are 5 time DCL cruisers. That being said, we felt basically the same way. We felt that there was a lot of upselling on the cruise. During the time that we were planning, I was constantly watching the prices of the excursions and...

    DCL or another line?

Thank you for this information! I was thinking the same thing about the complete inside passage! I appreciate everything you said!

    DCL or another line?

We did the Anthem of the Seas during Christmas week with my kids (my daughter is 13 and my son turned 16 on the cruise). We had fun, we definitely did. But, my kids missed their Disney cruise aspects. Now, Anthem doesn't have any waterslides so they missed their AquaDuck a ton, but other than...

    Considering a first Royal carabean

We did a RC cruise over Christmas week. We had a really good time. There were about three or four freestyle machines around the ship. We did buy the package for my son and I on Black Friday, however, then we got it for my daughter while on the ship (so expensive). We did the "my time dining" and...

Alaska Glacier excursion and Gold Castaway member

Hi there, We're looking at Alaska for 2025. Part of me is really thinking we're going to do Disney for this cruise. While we did a RC cruise recently and had fun, we felt like something was missing. That being said, we're looking at the excursions and seeing about how much we would spend on...

Tips for not getting sick on Guardians!

I was a "one and done" on Guardians. I had to see what it was like, and while it was incredibly awesome, it was something I could not do again. So, my children and my husband can enjoy every minute!

Application For New Passport - Recent Turnaround Time?

We got my husband's passport renewed. We sent it in July 13th and paid for expedited. We got it back after 7 weeks.

Can you give me the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly?

I have loved these boards for many many years! Thank you all so much! I love hearing all of your opinions. I do believe I had someone calling me right before we left because we were staying at the Poly. Right now my husband and I have covid (which we came down with the day after we came home)...

Can you give me the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly?

I appreciate this answer! We're going to be debt free this year! (Huge for us since our kids have had childcare for many many years up until Covid when my husband was able to work from home). We're definitely in a better financial bracket now than where we were 14 years ago. We have savings...

Can you give me the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly?

Hi everyone, I have been a Disney fan for about 40 years now! I can't tell you how many times I have gone to WDW because I've lost count. We did Disneyland for the very first time this summer and fell in love with it! We also did a family WDW trip which we just came home from a few days ago...

Thanks to these boards-WDW vet had the best time as a Disneyland Rookie!

Well, I asked for advice on what was better to hit first-in our case, we did Disneyland first and got on all the classic rides that we wanted to. I also had some questions about what time to leave since we were staying in LA and everyone was SO helpful with that. We left at 6:30 AM to get to...

Thanks to these boards-WDW vet had the best time as a Disneyland Rookie!

Just wanted to say thank you to all of you! I’ve been to WDW several times, as have my children. We got lucky with a trip to LA and decided to do a one day experience at Disneyland. I read these boards and asked questions and it was probably the best day ever for my kids and myself! We wish we...
