I should have said reduced complex carbs like those in white break , pretzels, Bagels etc. I do eat whole grain carbs from time to time. One of my general rules if something has more carbs than protein precentage wise in it I don't eat it.

I don't really diet but just try to limit carbs and sugar. I gave up drinking a year ago and that has helped a lot.

Do not really eat donuts but if you have the chance pick up some Jeni's jelly donut ice cream. Pretty darn good. She has some other great flavors as well. We get it at Publix but it is pricey at almost $8 a pint. So we only buy it when its on sale
