If you're going for park open you can take the bus. In our experience the first run goes straight to TL since DS isn't open yet...otherwise, yes uber. Our things have always been fine just in our bag. If you're really not going to hang out or do wave you could probably be done in under 3 hrs...

If available we always book standard at Pop and then request certain bldgs. To us it's never been worth paying for a cpl. hundred feet one way or the other.

I would never do a park that has a special event tix in the evening unless I planned to park hop or be out before they let the party goers in. We've done TL before accidentally during a glow night and yes you felt the uptick of crowds when they started letting them in in the afternoon

Yes, as long as it's within this yr. and there are no blackout dates (I can't remember if Salute has them, but if they do it around the late teens through end of Dec.)

Lots of ppl. get declined, no issue with that. That's Disney just telling you they don't believe your disability needs a das. There is nothing wrong with asking.

We've done both and honestly we'd stay at Pop. It pains me to say it, but we really missed being in a Disney resort. The rooms are certainly nicer, same with location, however we really missed the Disney atmosphere.

I agree. It seems they feel they don't need or want to be "bothered" by guests who need anything additional. I do feel we've seen this in other areas with Disney as well. If they had it their way, they'd only have 1st timers willing to spend lots of $$ for their once in a lifetime experience...
