Something that you would drink, if it tastes bad out of a glass then it will taste bad in your dish. I usually use a Pinot Noir as that is what we drink, some for the dish and the rest for dinner. Same goes for white wine too
Apparently it's been re worked and is now called Skip’s Beefy Baked Pasta. They have changed from ground beef to shredded beef and now serve it like lasagna (in plated squares).

No problem! I use the Control F option and plugged in the name of the restaurant and cycled through the results. You can use the name of the recipe as well.
