What's your least favorite popular restaurant?

One would be Sci-Fi Dining. I love the theme of the restaurant and think it is a fun concept. I felt the cars were just a haven for sticky spots and greasy fingers-----too hard to clean well in between guests, IMO. . .and, I don't enjoy the back of people's heads that close to my food. I...

    La Cava--Mondays?

I SHOULD know this since we go every year and frequent this establishment----but does La Cava still have Margarita Mondays? (or have they gone away?) If it still exists, are the prices automatic or do you have to ask?

    Remy the same or different?

Hello! I was wondering. . . I enjoyed participating in last year's Remy scavenger hunt. For those who participated last year and have been to F&W this year. . . Has Remy moved about some or is he in the same locations? Are the pins the same ones as last year? Thank you!

Just the cash needed for mousekeeping and magic express tipping---$25-30 in singles. Otherwise, happy to charge to magic band or apple pay or card. . .

What are we expecting from Minnie's Holiday dining?

I was able to grab an ADR for Minnie's Holiday Dinner Party (or whatever it is being called) for Nov. 11. Just got lucky seeing that ADRs were available for booking back when---and gave it a try. I keep hoping to see more on it regarding the menu, etc. (it probably doesn't help that my...

Thanks! I'll try and be patient. (It appears there is a 'person' assigned to the slot---but the alcohol type is missing...)

    Mystery Mixology Seminars

Any insight on when the remaining Mixology Seminars (during F&W) will be posted? Since the schedule came out, our week in November remains a TBA. We'd love to book one during our week---but this is an area where I want to choose vs. chance it. Thanks!

    airline confirmation numbers

Just a curious question. . . I just booked our November trip. I booked our airline tickets via the Disney website. How long does it typically take for the airline to send a confirmation number? I don't ever recall waiting in the past----everything seems so instantaneous anymore, I have to...

Any luck with a fully booked resort.

Hi, all: Getting ready to book a trip for this coming November. I noticed that our beloved Pop was unavailable for the week we are seeking.... Just wondering, is it worth calling Disney periodically to see if there is a cancellation? Has anyone done this---with successful results? I will...

Disney's River Country - Who's Been!? How does it compare to today's water parks?

I believe my first RC visit was in '79... I remember it being the best part of our vacation----think my parents even extended our vacation so we could go a second day. It was very 'unique' for its time----and the first 'water park' we ever visited. I remember my brother was about 5 at the...

Be Our Guest - What to Order?

My husband and I had dinner there a few years back. At the time we were both vegetarians and enjoyed putting together a nice meal. . . we each had a cup of the potato and leek soup, followed by garden salads with champagne vinaigrette. We ordered the layered ratatouille to share----as well as...

What do you do with all of your "layers" on a day that requires layers?

We've had trips where a sweatshirt was necessary during certain parts of the day. . . Since we don't carry bags into the park, I usually go into one of the gift shops and kindly ask a CM for a plastic bag---and let them know I just want it to carry our sweatshirts. They're always happy to oblige.

    Best Table Service for Vegetarian

It use to appear on allears.net----but La Hacienda has a separate vegetarian menu that has 4 or 5 options. Just ask for it! It is a must do for my husband and I every trip. I won't recall all the choices...but I had open veggie tacos layered with beans, veggies, red cabbage 'slaw' and roasted...

    apple ale/apple beer at Epcot?

The UK pavilion of World Showcase/EPCOT. The Rose & Crown has Strongbow on tap....and the outside 'stand' carries Woodpecker bottled and swirled into a cup. Hard ciders are my absolute favorite....so the Rose & Crown sees me well and often! Cheers,

    Vegan/Vegetarian Restaurant/Dining Help Thread

Someone may be able to confirm or deny.....but I'm pretty certain the cupcakes at BOG are NOT vegetarian.....nor most of the cupcakes in the World. I understand gelatin is used in the frosting.

    Strongbow Cider Sadness

Friends visiting the U.K. Pavilion in EPCOT: If my husband and I aren't in La Cava, we are visiting Carl at the Rose & Crown Pub! Our last visit was in December..... Not currently in The World, I picked up a 6-pack of Strongbow Cider today....so I can imagine being at our favorite pub...
