Thanks everyone. Very helpful info. I think we are going to go for the Minnie Van. It's our little one's birthday so the Minnie Van (with her in her Minnie dress) will be a special treat to start of the day. We'll probably do regular Uber to Disney Springs on another day.

When booking my FPs this morning, for Peter Pan's Flight, it said "FastPass+ Service Unavailable", as opposed to 'no more times' like some other rides. From everything else that I've seen, Peter Pan's Flight is a ride that offers FPs, so...?? I'm planning to rope drop it, but what am I missing...
