They both have their pros and cons. I really think you'd be happy with Pop. There's only 1 bus stop plus with a Preferred room you're closer to the front so that's a plus. Yes CBR has a pool with a slide BUT unless you plan on spending a lot of time there I would go with Pop personally.

I actually find the handheld fans (human powered ones) work better. I have stopped carrying my battery powered one. I bought one from Japan in Epcot World Showcase that's nice & they wrote my name in Japanese on it.

Technically once a resort reservation is linked to an MDE you can't link it to another MDE. I know A LOT of good TA's & owners. The owner would want to know, good agent or not. The bad ones give the good ones a bad name. You're not overreacting.
