    AKL vs WL

We didn’t stay club level but we just did a split stay at AKL & WL a few weeks ago. I will just say I wish we spent the whole time at WL. It was nice to try AKL but WL was just amazing. Boat transport to MK was great and a nice bus ride to EPCOT. Geyser point was fantastic and we had multiple...

    Almond milk?

Interested in this as well as our 1 year old son has to drink Almond Milk. We will be there in 3 weeks and I was just gonna grab a bottle to keep in the room and pack a cup to bring to the parks. Would be great if restaurants served it.

    Tusker House Availability Feb 2024

There seems to be no availability at all for Tusker House from Feb 4th on. I haven’t seen anything saying it will be closed. Has anyone heard why there is no availability?

    Eastern Caribbean excursion recommendations

We did the ‘Ultimate Island Experience’ in St Thomas with our 7 year old in Dec 2021. We would absolutely do it again, it was amazing. I’m sure being the only ship in port helped. I’m Tortola we did the ‘Island Drive and Beach Break’ and we thoroughly enjoyed that as well.

What is the 1 thing you would do on a Disney Cruise this minute?

Grab a Margarita from the Bon Voyage Bar. Nothing better than getting a drink at Bon Voyage before dinner with the atrium buzzing and live music playing.

    A positive sign?

I noticed yesterday that DCL has also posted jobs for Landscaping and Island Safety & Security. Hopefully this isn’t just contracts running out but are actual preparations for test cruises to begin in the spring.

Wondering what DCL is sending out a "Let's Dream Together" email means?

I got the email too and thought it was an interesting move. DCL has been the quietest of all the cruise lines so I wonder why now they are sending out promotional material. I have been overly optimistic since last March about sailings resuming and nothing I thought would happen has, but maybe...

    A positive sign?

I noticed these jobs were posted by DCL two days ago. Could this be a sign of things to come?

    Disney Dream Tap List

Does anyone who has sailed on the Dream recently have a beer tap list? I have been researching a little bit but most information I can find is over a year or two old. Thanks

Anyone tried to bring craft beer on board?

Yea bottles are fine but like the previous post said you can get a much better variety out of cans. It’s also much easier to pack cans that bottles

Can't get on Dream September 4th

I don’t see any way the Dream will dock at PC Wednesday. Current track has it directly off shore of PC at 2am Wednesday.

    Goodbye WDW AP, Hello DCL

Couldn’t have said it better myself. It’s about the effort and desire to give your guests the best experience possible. Wdw used to be at this level but greed has gotten in the way. I have stayed concierge at the Boardwalk and I still feel like you get a better experience as a regular guest on...

    Goodbye WDW AP, Hello DCL

You hit the nail on the head with what I was getting at when I started this thread. Yes DCL charges more but I am willing to pay if I get something good back in return. Where WDW is taking things away, DCL at this time isn’t (besides the paper navigators lol). I feel like the ships can get...

    Goodbye WDW AP, Hello DCL

I understand theme parks are different than cruises. What is the same no matter what is customer service and standards. Disney is known for having the highest standards and I see that on DCL but it has eroded away at WDW. Best way to let a company know how they are doing is with your money, and...

    Goodbye WDW AP, Hello DCL

I had been struggling inside for a while trying to make the argument as to why I keep paying year after year for a WDW Annual Pass. My wife and I have enjoyed taking our 4 year old daughter over the years, whether it’s just for a day, a weekend, or for a week. Since having our daughter we have...
