Jambo Refurbishment?

I recently saw some pictures and video of refurbished hotel rooms at Jambo House. I can’t seem to find it, but someone mentioned sofabed replacements happening at Kidani. Does anyone have confirmation of this or info on whether they might be doing similar at the DVC units at Jambo?

I believe DVC @ Jambo was recently refurbished, at least for the soft goods. It used to be so dark in those rooms!

None of the DVC rooms (Kidani or Jambo) are currently being refurbished. Only the hotel rooms are. The DVC rooms were refurbished in 2016 I believe, it was soft good refurbishment.

Early December Value rooms were not available to book, so there is going to be some sort of refurbishment.

DVC told me those were closed not because the rooms were being refurbished but the hotel side refurbishment will require the hallway to be closed making those rooms inaccessible.

That article was pictures of the Animal Kingdom Lodge, Jambo House not DVC. I can't add a link either.

Sounds like the DVC side of Jambo and Kidani are going to be waiting a while for sofabed replacements based on the last refurb timeline I saw, but I was crossing my fingers that something was happening sooner.
