New Magic Bands upgrades available from solid colors!

I had to go through Firefox. Safari and Chrome we’re giving me error messages. It took a couple tries on Firefox but went through after about the third one. Only our daughter got a speciality one, my husband and I bought sliders so we can wear the puck on our Apple Watches.
 
Got mine after a few different browsers and multiple errors. As someone in the software design and testing field their website issues are right up my alley :)

Wish there were options for all of their current available ones from the store but found 2 we wanted anyway so why not.

Cool thing is it says its now 11 days before your trip you can order up until and still have them shipped (unless I read that wrong).
 
Mine isn't giving me an error: just letting me get all the way to the "build a band" page and then when I select a person in my party it says "Let's get this party started! Select your MagicBand!" but then says: "no results - try a different selection or reset filters". Clicking on reset filters does nothing. :( Anyone else??

That's what I'm getting. Not even an option to switch between the previous solid colors....

Honestly, Disney IT really needs to start over. Every single time you need to do something on their site it never works. Been trying for an hour now to change our magic band order and it just keeps crashing. It's absolutely unacceptable for a company of this size.

I wonder if there is just some sort of limit for web pages and connections in general. I frequently am on nike's website for special sneaker releases and the same things happen. For companies like Nike and Disney to have websites that crash this much it is either they dont care because people keep coming back regardless of the issues or it is just something that is hard to make work for thousands and thousands and thousands of people all logging on at once.
 
tried firefox, IE, Chrome many, many, many times each without any luck. Tried stays that are coming soon and stays that are a way out. I have no problem waiting for a couple of days except for our first stay which is next Thursday, was really hoping to get them for that trip as a surprise to my kids.

One tip I will give everyone from what I experienced. If you get to the point where it asks you to retry or dismiss, keep hitting retry and pay attention the screen behind the button. i was hitting retry, and then behind that pop window i saw the screen refresh and move to the next step, so when I saw that I hit dismiss to close that window and then continued to the next step in the main window. YMMV but that seemed to help.

...or the "no results - try a different selection or reset filters" error.

This is exactly me. Both the errors and Merida. DISNEY JUST LET ME GIVE YOU MONEY.
