See charges on MDE

I was wondering if you can see the charges that you have made with your Magic Band on you MDE app or account. One of our guests wanted to be able to see how much she has charged and wondered if she could access that on the app or internet site. I know you can get a print out from the front desk, but wasn't sre about seeing it on MDE. thanks!

Yes, but not until you are on site.

And if you have a Split Stay, you will not see stuff / charges for your second stay until after midnight on your transition day. This also includes other "resort" info on the app, such as bus times.

Is this still the case if you go to the front desk and check out before moving to your new resort?

That's a GREAT question! We got our room ready text fairly early at our second resort and never went to the front desk to checkout from our first. But even that evening at 6 or 7 pm, the resort info for the second resort had not yet appeared on MDE.

We'll be there in 3 weeks. I think I'll go to the lobby and check out and I'll let you guys know if that helps anything.
