Priceline Express Deals

I see CSR but not AKL.

Question: if you find a good last minute deal and cancel your old room-only reservation, it won't impact fastpasses and ADRs, right?

I can still see it - you can also link to it through better bidding - go to all activity and they mention it there and provide the direct link.

I believe so but I’d make sure it’s all set before cancelling the room only.

So, I still don't see hotel descriptions on the Priceline express deals. Hotel Canary is also telling me that CSR is one of 3 possible hotels for the deal. Is there any way to know that CSR is what you'd be getting? I'm new to this, so I'm just trying to learn the ropes.

Very disappointed they got rid of the descriptions. I know it’s disney because it’s only listing three amenities and that is usually a give away “free internet access, restaurant, swimming pool”. Also says 8+ and if you search non express it shows CSR as 8.3 and CBR as 7.9. Always a gamble but that’s why I’m leaning more toward CSR.

Thank you. That's what I thought as well, so thanks for chiming in!

I'm taking a short trip February 13-15, I'm booked at Pop right now, but I'm kinda hoping I'll be able to score a nicer hotel for cheap once it gets closer. I should start looking in earnest about a month out, right? Does anything good tend to pop up that time of year?

Thanks, everyone! Great info as I'm actually planning to go within those date ranges; however, I've been getting NOTHING on Hotel Canary for over a week now so too risky for me. I do see AKL for $156. ($175. with tax & fees) on regular PL. Great deal but more than I want especially with the fees. Looking a CSR, though. It's $135. for 10/29-10/31 at MDE. PL fees are lower on CSR (equal to WDW taxes) than on AKL.

We're going 10/30-11/4. Anyone seeing AKL or something else at a great rate? We're booked at the Swan right now but I'm not opposed to changing. It's for 2 adults and one child, so we would need to guarantee two beds (at least two queens).

Looks like 10/28 - 11/02 is available. 5 nights for $539.55!

SO tempting, what a steal! Hoping these prices show up for my Jan trip.

Was playing around with dates on HW and found CBR 10/29 to 10/31 for $90. the fees were $270?! that is insane.

Hoping someone can help me figure out this Priceline hotel!

Dates are 12/01-12/05. 4 star hotel. Disney Area - Lake Buena Vista. Cost is $93 per night discounted from $116.

Description says: "A Very Good rating means most guests recommend the hotel and appreciate the quality of the rooms, service and/or facilities."

I was thinking its one of the Disney Springs Hotels however one of the listed amenities is "airport shuttle".

I also found what I think is CBR or CSR for $90, but the taxes and fees were over $100 for 1 night. That got a big,fat no from me!!

Just got the All-Star Sports for $67 for one night in less than two weeks!! :yay:

I originally had ASMo booked for $106 and I thought that was a good deal especially when paying with a free Disney GC, but I will take $50 savings and pay with real money instead!

I have/had a split stay at ASMo for this trip since that was all I could get for my dates. Hoping something else comes up for my other reservation!

That's a great one! Was that Express? I see one for $52 ($67. with taxes/fees) for a night I'm looking at. Wish Canary was working for me right now.

Yes, it was Priceline Express. It was $52 as the rate, and $67 with taxes. There was also one for $88 ($114 with taxes) for a 3.5 star which I thought was CSR or CBR.

I think the Disney hotels are only in the Disney Springs area or Bonnet Creek. And if there are resort fees that's a giveaway it's not a Disney hotel.
