Well finally landed. Never had such annoying kids behind me. Their mom thought it was funny and almost encouraged it.

Wow. That sucks for sure. Parents like that wonder why they have no control of there kids when they kids older. Hopefully you don't run into them at the parks. Have a great trip.

I’m not sure if they were coming to Disney or not. We are only doing after hours so I don’t think we have to worry too much. They were like 2 and 5 or something like that. What’s funny is the lady behind them told her how good the kids were on the plane ride. Dh said he wanted to turn around and say “you weren’t sitting in front of them”.

That's great.

Finally laying down. We are waiting for papa johns to deliver our pizza. On the plus side we got some really cool pins at Coronado since they are doing construction. That was a really nice surprise!
how is the construction? We check in in 2 weeks...

DId you have any trouble getting a refurbished room? We check in tomorrow for DAH as well!

What is it they were doing?
Constantly kicking our seat and putting the tray up and down on the back of our seat. The little boy cried a lot about an iPad and the mom kept giving in to him. The dad was across the aisle saying “you’re only making it worse”. He was talking about her giving in to the boy about the iPad.

Nope no trouble at all! We got first floor and I asked about a top floor room but they didn’t have any left. There are LOTS of soccer teams here but they haven’t been too bad.

They did not have fast pass walkways open (note I did not do Mermaid and Pan May have been the fast pass que), but I know most of them such as pirates, BTM, 7D’s you had to walk the full que even 2-3 hours into it. When the park closed at 11, we wanted to do Speedway first, it still had a 20 minuet stand by line, we asked if we could fast pass and the CM flatly told us no, we had to do standby and all rides would be this way. So, our first 15-20 mins were waiting in a standby line. I fully understand not allowing this prior to our “time”, but I felt they should have let us since we were already “on the clock” so to speak. All of the rides are family wanted were at least 15-20 minuets. We did not even attempt 7D’s to the last hour. We still had fun, but just be aware if this.

Thanks for your description. The 15-20 minute wait for everything you wanted to ride does not sound good. I was going to get tickets to this for my family for Aug. 11 because all of the reports I have read mentioned that the rides were all walk-on. I know there are some remaining lines at the beginning of the party. But original reports were that dah guests could bypass that through FP. But even if that is not the case now, I would think day guests would clear out soon and then waits should be mininal to non -existent. 20 minutes wait at each ride is not what I what I would be expecting at this event.

When we went in March we waited 10-15 for pp, 7dmt, and Tomorrowland speedway

This is so random! Both times we've attended, the FP side has been the only thing open..hoping we can see the PP queue this time since we've NEVER seen it!!

We were already in the FP line at PP at DAH in March when they opened the regular queue. They finished sending everyone in the FP line through and then started taking people from the regular queue. It seemed like they only did because the line was getting a little long. I am hoping to go through the queue this time, I have never seen it either.

While your decision to go or not is entirely up to you, I think you might be misunderstanding Haley. No one has reported consistent 15 minute waits for anything (maybe 7DMT) during this event except in the very early moments after park closing. And even if you find yourself waiting for one ride, the others while clear out during that time. If you read the reports, I think you'll see that almost everything is a nearly a walk-on after that initial surge fades.

Not trying to influence you, but I'd hate to see you miss out because of a misinterpretation.

Well after doing emh tonight at hs I can honestly say I can’t WAIT for dah tomorrow. Even at 11 pm rnrc still had a 70 minute wait, even longer than slinky!!

We were kind of bad. We went to ds today after swimming and then at 6 ish said “what do we do for the rest of the night”? We ended up buying 1 day tickets and went to hs for 5 hours lol

Sounds like you need an annual pass lol

Okay guys - I am 1 day out from choosing FP for my Sept trip and need some advice. We are doing 9/20 DAH (which is 9-12), and I would like to see HEA (8pm show) if I can from a good spot only (as in, if we can't get a good spot, we're just going to go do rides). I was thinking of doing the "longer rides" before 9 so that we can just zoom around all the others when there's no wait.

What would be best FPs to get for around 7pm? I'm thinking Splash for sure....maybe 7DMT if available, but we can always make that the kiss goodnight. Any suggestions? TIA!

ETA: I'm looking forward to doing all the rides I normally skip during the day while at MK due to wait times! PP especially!

We are going to WDW 6/7/19- 6/17/19. Any guesses as to whether they might have DAH that early in June? From the first post, it looks like it wasn’t offered until the end of June.
