The Poll above is separate from the Columbus Day Weekend we may have this year.

I am currently working on a possible Dismeet for 10/12-10-14 in Gettysburg, PA. Once I hear from the campground about availability I will post the information.
DrummerBoy Campground, Gettysburg PA.
On short notice they will not be able to group us all together.
I know this is last minute.

I (as of this year) have enough vacation time that I could probably make hard plans to attend an east coast DIS meet next year with enough notice...but does have to be a long weekend when kids off or summer vacation time from school if I am going to travel more than 1-2 hours...

A couple of us are looking at Columbus Day weekend this year. But would be willing to put something together for next year most certainly. I think holding one in PA would centralize it. You would probably have the furthest travel coming down. I know we have a few of us in closer proximity. May for us next year is out, have a HDT rally and GSP. The HDT rally is an 11hr trip in to TN. GSP is a bit further.

Chris I just back from Woodland and they have a site for me have you heard from Drummer Boy yet I have also heard from a place near me on Va Eastern shore that has 3 pull thru sites avail. And Charlottesville Va KOA has some sites as well

Drummerboy Campground does have sites available. We are booked for the weekend there and will be in Site 366.

Good thing you are in the back site #366 because we stayed in sites 63 and 64 and the noise from the traffic on Hwy 15 was so unbearable, that you could not hold a conversation outside of your rig 24-7. Other than that it was nice campground, but be aware that the Civil war spirits may join you in your photographs.

Really!? That would be cool!

(putting this CG on my bucket list)

Well, there is always room for one more.....according to the Ghost host.

There are only so many places we will fit, and on the backside was a longer pull thru available.

I’m already booked for castaways that weekend with friends. But still try to meet up at some point. We ended up picking Williamsburg for the comming weekend and a few days next week.

This weekend finds us taking in the trailer for warranty work. We do not know how long it will be in, so we don't have anything booked until Sept. in MD. I also have commitments the next 3 weekends after taking the trailer, so not much of a loss.

Chris where in MD? I was looking at Ft Whaley as never been and need to put that decal on our map. Then in three weeks we are headed for AC NJ to see Rod Stewart for Lucille and back in two weeks to see my Beach Boys in OC NJ

We hit the Jellystone in Williamsport for a weekend, the nephews like the characters, it is a bit more than I like to pay for the two nights, but they enjoy it, and well their home life has not been all that great. So I try to be that awesome Uncle when DW and I can.

I like williamsport, I think Luray is a little less busy and not as pricey. We looked at Hershey, but could not line up good dates and then this trip kind of formed up. It will be nice, last weekend Melissan and I took the RV down to Harrisonburg, just the two of us. This weekend through Wed at Williamsburg with the kids. Then a race weekend. So I am getting my use of the RV in for sure.

I don't think we have looked up Luray. I found Williamsport when I needed somewhere to camp for two weeks while supporting a sister warehouse for work. It was off season and it was close, could not beat it. Since then we have taken the nephews down for two weekends there. We are always looking for places to go enjoy, but now we have to be careful with our size, both the trailer and overall.
Want to get the truck shortened down to a 208 inch wheelbase, and just one axle. That will get us back down to pickup size with a better turning radius.
