Best non-buffet breakfast/Character meal breakfast you would recommend at a Disney resort

I'm looking for a nice relaxing breakfast at one of the Disney resorts. No character meal or buffet since I already have a buffet scheduled already. Tell me your favorite or go to place.

You will find it difficult to find many places. The only way Disney has found to get people to give up valuable rope drop time by character breakfasts. The one breakfast that really stands on it own does not fit your criteria. Boma is incredibly god.

Private dining, resort early morn TS eating is all I know to date and weekend brunches.

Ate at Narccoossee's brunch before it was cancelled at it was quite delish and had a serene setting.
Made a Sunday ADR this coming July for a brunch at Cali Grill and understand Raglan Road puts out a nice brunch every Saturday and Sunday.

Oh right and Kona Cafe has a lovely breakfast menu 7 days a week.

I suspect you'll do well at many of the resorts' table service breakfasts.

Kona Cafe at Poly and Olivia's at OKW are 2 must do four our family. Kona can be a bit noisy depending on how many people are waiting as the area is very close to the entrance of the resort. Olivia's though we have always found to be a nice relaxing meal.

Kona Café for the pineapple macadamia nut pancakes
Grand Floridian Café for the benedicts

I've heard great things about The Wave. I heard it's more laidback and relaxing than most breakfasts, but don't quote me because I'm just reporting what I heard. The Wave offers a la carte menu items or you can opt to do the buffet.

I'm with the others on either Kona or GFC. I think Kona has the better breakfast, but service is notoriously bad and it gets crowded so I'm not sure it would meet your relaxing criteria. GFC offers more of a brunch with both breakfast and lunch options. It's rarely busy so you can take your time and enjoy.

And if you could swing it on a Sunday, California Grills brunch is about as good as it gets. Its pricey but comes with unlimited mimosas, amazing food, and of course views for days

Any of the "mid-tier" TS restaurants on the monorail loop, TBH. Kona Cafe has a spectacular french toast dish (Tonga Toast) and pressed coffee, Grand Floridian Cafe is a relaxing place to sit with a lot of great breakfast dishes, and while The Wave has a terrific buffet, you can order off a menu just as well.
