January New Year, New You! Exercise Challenge

Good morning! Yesterday I did 127 minutes of shoveling snow.

1363/2100 (64.9%)

So psyched! I participated in a contest at work -- losing 22 pounds between November 21 and January 10. Was given the choice between free tracking monitor, free gym laundry for 30 days, free meetings with dietitian, and free coaching. Chose free coaching, so I have 5 free sessions with the coach!

Wowwwwaaaa! This weekend was INSANE, managed to clock 30hours of on my feet work in 3 days between 2 jobs....completely exhausted!!

Managed to squeeze in 10 minutes of abs on Friday night before bed, and a 30 minute walk yesterday, heading down to the gym for 20 cardio & 20 weights later on! Totals me up to:
355/1395

ETA: Something I've done that I'm proud of: 2 weeks ago I hit a PR for my squats & deadlifts! Yay!
 
I hope everyone had a great 3 day weekend! I still had to work yesterday, but at least it was a half day to recognize the holiday.

I'm adding 30 minutes on the exercise bike at work today.

In light of MLK day yesterday, today's question: How can you make the world (or your community) a better place in 2018?
I would like to be less wasteful and be more conscientious about how I passively or actively affect the environment.

I used to be more involved in volunteering with a food pantry around here. I'd like to get back to that, or at least donate more regularly.
