*******Official August 2017 Countdown Thread ~ Feeling hot, hot, hot!!!******

Staying at POP 8/30-9/6! First night isn't on our package which means no dining plan and no FP+ for the first park day, and have to transfer a ticket for the day before our package starts...hoping we can get it done in time for MK Welcome Show!
Haven't been to Food and Wine since we moved from the Central FL area almost 5 years ago. It's about time!!

Hi everyone! We booked our August trip 2 days ago. DBF isn't a huge Disney fan but when he went with us last summer, he may have gotten bit by the bug. DDs and I have been a few times without him but last year he decided to join us. So after a couple of discussions of where to go for vacation, he threw out "how much would it be for Disney?"

So we will be at POFQ end of August for 10 days. We usually do 6MYW tickets but will be doing 7MYW. Simply adding an extra day to see what it feels like to go to the parks almost every day. lol

We told the girls yesterday and they are beyond excited as we were planning on taking a year off.

Let the countdown begin!
 


so, I started out with the idea of getting DD a custom outfit to wear on her birthday.....and we ended up with one for each day, lol. I thought at 10 her custom days were over, so I was excited enough when she agreed to the bday outfit, but I am SO happy she is still princessy enough to want to do it every day. Now I must also get custom ears and bows made to match her outfits. I'm so excited. Coordinating her outfits was always my favorite part of our trips.:cloud9::flower1::cutie:

This dress for our MK/BoG day, but with yellow straps/trim/bow instead of Pink.

With the advent of Magic Band 2.0, I needed to update my designs this year to fit the new Magic Bands anyway, and I just wasn't happy with the way the Journey band looked.

With all the excitement surrounding the opening of Pandora, I decided that I would make a new design based on Pandora. I am very happy with the way this one came out, much better than the design I made for Journey Into Imagination. I can't wait to get this printed, and see how it looks on my Magic Band!

beautiful dresses. and good for you, my 10 yo would not be caught dead in such dresses...lol! savor it while you can.
