Reserving multiple rooms

My son is getting married at Disney in October 2018...we will be providing the rooms for everyone through our DVC points. We will need 10 studios at BWV for 3 nights...has anyone ever done this and how did you go about accomplishing this...thanks for any info

Do you own at Boardwalk? If not it's going to be next to impossible due to food and wine festival going on and the popularity of BWV during that time. I was able to book 4 rooms (2 two bedrooms and 2 studios) for my wedding in September 2015 at 7 months out but it was at the beginning of September before food and wine had started. Your only real option is to be online immediately when your booking date opens and hope for the best. I would have alternative options in mind though.

If you are okay with pool/garden view, and Boardwalk is your home, you'll probably be okay. But standard or boardwalk view could be a problem at 11 months, and even pool/garden will be a problem at 7 months.

I had Beach Club points transferred to my account and booked 4 studios and a 2-bedroom lock off at BCV during October for our wedding in 2016. All were booked Tues-Sat right after Columbus Day. We also booked a couple of studios at Boardwalk (our home) for Columbus Day weekend.

So it's possible if you have the 11 month window but 10 studios is a lot.

we do own at BW but if we have to book a couple of 1 or 2 bedrooms then that is what we will have to do...do you know if the wedding coordinators can help with rooms for DVC (just a shot in the dark

)

You have a good shot of getting at least the majority of your rooms at 11 months since you own there. Unfortunately nobody associated with the weddings can do anything with dvc rooms. They will count towards the room block if you have one set up. But as far as booking them, you are on your own.
