Traditions....What do you buy every trip?

Every time we go to Disney, I always purchase a Disney Ornament my last night there. Does anyone else have a tradition>:lovestruc
 
The dated Mickey. They use to be holding a banner and now they are sitting on a suitcase. It is about 4 inches tall. Love the Dated Mickey.
 
We used to always get mugs, but we have plenty by now! We do always get a Christmas ornament at the Christmas store in DTD. We don't wait for the last day, but we look forward to it every year. I always get a "my first Christmas" ornament for each of the grandchildren as they come along. I have one to buy this year as well..number 5!:cheer2:
 
I like to get those picture frames that have the year in big sparkley numbers across the top.
 


Christmas ornament, Design a Tee Shirt, and like PP said mugs, but I just honestly do not have any room left for mugs, don't know what new habit I will start with this year to replace the mugs..:rotfl2:
 
Love this thread! If this includes food, I'm in. Ice cream and turkey legs please...

I used to always get a shiny ceramic figure. They used to have shelves and shelves of them at the Emporium. Last trip - none anywhere. Not good news for my collection.
 
We always get a Christmas ornament, new beach towel and a magnet from the resort that we stayed at.
 
I am with everyone else here, we always get a Christmas Ornament.

I also get some kind of kitchen gadget.

For food: Dole Whip, Stuffed pretzel, & Funnel Cake. Otherwise at most of the restaurants we eat the same thing too.
 
I always get a Christmas ornament. I also collect shot glasses and I am always looking for new ones.
 
Blanket...the one that's discounted when you spend a certain amount. We always go in February and use it for chilly fireworks watching.
 
I also get a dated Christmas ornament every year. I don't open them though....they will be for my son when he is older. I put them in a box with a picture of him from that particular trip. I also get a photo pass picture of he and I in front of the castle.
 
MaleficentUK- My mom has TONS of those. They torture DD2, who just wants to get her little hands all over them. But it's true- I remember her getting them on every trip as a kid, but they don't exist anymore.

I had every intention of getting new ear hats for my kids each year- but every time I tried on trip #2, at least one child was not in the mood. I like the frame idea though. We don't celebrate Christmas, and I want something that will have a practical but also nostalgic application.
 
We get the dated Christmas Ornament, a t-shirt with the date, new calendar, and dated photo album.

Last year we had to also get the dated figurine, the dated pencil, dated note pads, dated drawstring bag, dated mickey plush, dated water globe, dated magnets, dated mug.....My son has Autism and I think last year he started his own (very expensive) tradition. :thumbsup2
 
I love this thread!!! I just booked our first disney vacation as a family, so I'll be reading to see what others buy every year for ideas as to what we should do! :)
 
I can never resist a t-shirt. We also get a Chrisrtmas ornament. I need another disney t-shirt like a hole in the head but I get them anyway!
 
I always get a pearl from the Japan pavillion. Used to also get a mask from the Italy pavillion, but ran out of room :rolleyes1

And Dole whip, of course!
