Where are my ADRS?-Disney site- UPDATE!! Post 570 pg 38

The thing that scares me, is that the ones I'm missing are Coral Reef, Sanaa and LA CELLIER!!!!!
Giving them until Monday, and then I"m calling.

I have 10 ADR's made currentlyu and not a one show up. I have heard it could be till Dec. before they are done upgrading. I have also heard that some of the ADR's may never show back up online. But who really knows, since Disney isn't giving out any info on it.
 
Yep, I wish Disney would at least put something online about the situation.

I'm missing Le Cellier also, seems common. My question is that I have a few that I need to cancel, because I've changed our schedule around. And since they aren't showing online, then I can't cancel them. And I really don't want to have to call and cancel them. Kinda annoying. My DH works in IT so I know all about upgrade problems. But you would think they could have fixed it by now.
 
It is making me relax...a little... to hear that most everyone who has called has found their ressie's intact.
If ours aren't back up over the weekend I'm calling. Have to cancel one anyway, and now I REALLY don't trust the online option.
 
I have three trips planned and so far only one ressie is showing on the website! There has to be a better way to do this.
 


I called in today and all of mine were there. The CM on the phone was extremely helpful, and seemed to have been through this a million times already. She was very patient, and just said, "Okay, let's get them in order by date and we'll go through them all." Super nice.

She said the system is going to be great when it is done, buy that it has been such a huge undertaking, and will be taking a bit more time. She also said that the work that was started on the 20th is still going, but it should only be a few more days until it is done.

Everything was there, including ADRs I made before and after the shutdown. My CRT, my CM, my Coral Reef, Cali Grill...all there.

2 out of 7 of my adrs are not showing up!
panic had set in...i found this thread..now i know i will be able to sleep tonight...had i not found this thread, i know i would have had a hard time drifting off!

We leave tomorrow morning for the World. I decided to once more double check our ADR's. Yeah, I'm one of those planner people who likes to check and then check again. So, I log onto the website and list my reservations and then... yeah.. I stop and stare. My little heart starts a pitter patting in that 'where are all my adr's' sort of way. Half of them are gone and we are leaving in 12 hours.

So, I am trying not to panic. I really am. I'm trying not to be worried that my LeCellier lunch has been cancelled. That my brothers wish of a fantasmic dinner package is no longer there and that my mom's birthday dinner will somehow magically appear.

It is too late to call.

So, I am going to wait and call tomorrow morning. Yup, that is what I am going to do. Not going to panic.. Not going to... :scared1:

Okay .. okay.. I am back in control.. :eek:

Going to call tomorrow morning.. yup.. just.. have to wait.. until 7am eastern time.. then.. :wizard:

Coral Reef is the one I called about and it was still there on the Disney side. If you are losing sleep, just go ahead and call. It won't hurt to find out one way or the other.:)
 
Well, looks like WDW online resv is down again...this time without warning. They've done this previously so is it so hard to post it again? :confused3

Let's just hope that the lack of warnings will somehow fix the problem. Shouldn't have been surprised since it been giving "error messages" throughout the day. :rolleyes1
 
I was missing 8 ADR's, including Le Cellier. I called dining and they found all of them using our names and the phone number I entered when I made the ADR's. I was esp. relieved considering my external hardrive fell, broke and I had no conf. numbers for any of the lost ADR's.:scared1: So, the CM who helped me was a life saver!
 
The internal resort systems fell over yesterday evening. We were checking in at Boatwright's at POR at 5.30pm last night and they were telling any guests asking about walk-ups that they could not confirm any availability for later that night as the system had gone down for them. They thought 7.15-8.15 had nothing available, and they'd managed to print out existing bookings to allow them to handle incoming guests, but it wasn't easy for them.

The meal was very nice though.

i called this morning....the 2 of mine that weren't showing up online were indeed still there!! :)
 
I'm in the same boat as everybody else. Have booked 8 reservations which used to all show up online. Now only 4 shows up. So I finally called yesterday to check. Decided I would go nuts w/o really knowing.

The person I had help me was awesome & super friendly. She couldn't believe I had 2 LeCellier supper reservations & wanted to know my tricks to get them. Hated to tell her that I live on the disney dining reservation site...lol!

She looked up every single reservation we had. They were all there just like I booked me. What a relief!! I really think everybodys are there in the system but if you are like me you'll go crazy till you call & hear the facts for yourself.
 
Well the ones I have showing up are a mixture of character meals and non character meals I just checked and still only half of mine are showing up. I have some at the beginning of my trip and some in the middle that are missing. I leave in 26 days. I am probably gonna call cause one of mine that isn't showing is our anniversary dinner at WCC for Nov 19 th and there wasn't nothing else available for that night yesterday when I checked.

What's the old saying? If it ain't broke, don't fix it. For years now I have made online reservations, and it was easy, understandable, I was given options, and I was in and out in a few minutes. Now I am VERY frustrated trying to cancel a reservation for the past week. And the system gives no indication of an upgrade or an anticipated fix date.

It wasn't a problem. I don't want it to be great in the future, I want it to work now.
 
I had no reservation numbers since in prior years I did not need them. When I went online 5 of my 10 reservations were there. I called and though it took a long time by trying different telephone numbers (home, his cell phone, my cellphone) and zipcode we did manage to find them all. I wrote down every confirmation number.

If in doubt call them and they will find them. They even found some I hadn't made.

That's my opinion, even though I checked on the one I most wanted to go to.

in most cases this is true, but there have been several on here that have stated theirs are gone on Disney's end also and CM's are telling them there is nothing they can do other than try a new time....I'm hoping that when they get this all straightened out the lost ones will be there....IMO Disney should not be even booking any more ADRs til they get this all sorted out....especially for dates through the end of the year as many people have planned their days in parks and such according to ADRs and I for one would not be happy arriving for an ADR only to be told it's no longer there:sad2:
 
Seems pretty stunning that Disney is still stumbling on this after almost a week and a half. But, having experienced Disney web operations over the years, I guess it is understandable. :sad2:
