Annual Passes Resume April 13 (DVC) April 20 (General Public)

Thank You Thank You Thank You to all the people suggesting a phone call.
After no movement at all online, I made the call- after 4 or 5 busy signals I got through right away and bought my pass without any difficulty. Yayyyyy!!! Good luck to everyone still trying! See ya in the parks! 😁😁😁
did you call the 407-939-7679 number?

For the first time since I started refreshing at 5:50am this morning, I am showing "34 minutes" wait time! What a process?! Fingers crossed.

Oh, btw - the CM said this is a “live” pass - not activated, but that it should activate automatically when I enter the park. Not sure if I believe that, but maybe this is because I exchanged a ticket for it..?

I have been watching along with you all because my poor friend has been so upset since she let her pass lapse. She has literally been on the computer since 6 AM and it has not updated since. I suggested the phone number that you guys posted and after a few phone calls, she finally got through with a 5 minute wait! She is now a Passholder again and is so excited!!!!! Thanks all!!!

Question regarding the Florida Resident passes. Do you provide proof of Florida residency at the time of purchase or when you activate the pass. I'm about a month away from closing on our Florida house so I have a contract and an address but not yet a true resident.

So, just a heads up- I'm in a similar situation, and the issue I've ended up running into is that if you're purchasing a Florida Resident AP (at least for month to month, but I would assume for purchasing in full as well) the Billing Address for the card is locked on Florida and can't be changed. Which is a problem because my billing address is still a state outside of Florida, even thought I actually have a valid Florida ID and home address. My best friend is going to try to purchase on her card and then have us update to mine in 3-5 days once my billing address update goes through. So I'd just be mentally prepared for there to be no way to purchase today if you don't have a florida billing address on your card

Phone Call was the way to go!!!! After all the waiting since 6am the website going down. I repeat called 123 times in only about 45 min period at 9:30am got through on the 123rd time only a 5 min wait spoke to a vacation agent and bought two Incredi-passes all in an elapsed time under and hour and my computer and phone were still 30 mins wait out still then randomly my phone which was 15 mins behind my computer jumper ahead proving that the queue didn't follow a set order as I had friends that had only jumped in the cue at 7am waiting much shorter times. Finally a first time AP holder. :yay:

My friend was finally able to get through on the phone to upgrade her May tickets to a new Incredi-Pass! Only took her 80 minutes on hold (and 4.5 hours total trying) but let this give hope to others still waiting!

I called 407-939-7679 and got through in less than 5 minutes but the CM transferred me when I said I wanted to upgrade an unused PH ticket associated with MDE. Was anyone able to upgrade an existing ticket through this number without being transferred? (I am still on hold after the transfer).

It seems like if you are buying a new pass, they can help you right away on the phone. If you need to upgrade then they need to send you to ticket services and it takes much longer. Either that or I am just very unlucky with getting the right cast member the first time.

the CM who answered my call was able to upgrade 2 day base tickets without escalating thankfully

See my post above - friend had to upgrade and got transferred but was able to do so after waiting on hold for a while. You’ve got this! Just have to be patient :)

SUCCESS!!!! with no change to the estimated wait time in the online queue and after about 40-50 failed calls, I finally connected and then had an exactly 5 minute wait to speak to a wonderful CM. So happy to be AP holders again!!
To those waiting, don't give up online but do try calling over and over, you will eventually get through and may the odds be ever in your favor!
Oh and I did close out all 3 of my devices that were in the queue

I got off the phone about a half n hour ago, they upgraded my park hopper to an annual pass with no issues! Took like 5 minutes when I was actually connected to the right person on the "escalation team"

Seems some people are getting lucky and getting a CM with enough training or authority to upgrade right from the start.

Either way I'm glad it all worked out in the end!!

I wasn't. I called as soon as they opened and got through after about 10-15 busy/call-failed attempts. My initial hold time was maybe 15 minutes, but once the first CM heard I was upgrading, he transferred me. My hold time in the second queue was about 1 1/2 hours, but they finally did answer, the CM was very helpful, and I got my AP. 😁

The odds were in my favor. Thank you to everyone who shared and encouraged the phone route. It took 10 minutes and my online bar was still showing more then an hour. The cast member I spoke with was great and I made sure to do the survey.
To be clear I did have to call the number repeatedly to get through. I think I was on call number 24, but now it all feels worth it and I am ready for my trip in August. I'm so excited to tap in for the first time as a pass holder.
