Just left YC today. SAB was pretty empty during the week (Mon-Thur). You are not required to wear a mask anywhere in SAB, and you are not allowed to wear one in the pool. Thought this was odd, but it's for water safety, and they tell you to just keep your 6ft distance. Judging by the crowds this morning when we left, that's not possible... Can't comment on reduced number of chairs. There is a QR code to mobile order, but no one is just coming around.Speaking of SAB. What is the current situation? Are you required to wear a mask while laying in a chair? Have the reduced the number of chairs? Are want staff still coming around to take orders?
Thanks in advance to any insights.

We’ll be there for a week in October thanks to the recent AP discounts. Are the cabanas available? Debating a 1/2 day rental.
Hi Dee when you get a chance you can add us to the bog list. 7/30-8/7 at the BCV’s. Can’t wait to go back after canceling this years trip.
Back to one of my favorite places. We have a BCV booked for the second week of December. Can you add us to the BOG list from 12/5-12/12? We are very excited to be back at the Beach Club - it's been a while for us. The last two trips to Disney were at the MK resorts. This is our first time trying a Villa - it's just me and DH this time, but we splurged and got a 1 bedroom. We did a cash reservation, but with all the changes in housekeeping, I'm not sure what kind of service we get at BCV. Is it every 4 days, or since we are resort guests, it's every other day?
39 Days to go. Checking in at the Yacht Club on 10/8 through 10/15. First time staying. So excited but also heartbroken that Crews Cup Lounge will not be open. Wanted the Prime rib sliders. On a positive note, have a lunch reservation at Beaches and Cream on arrival day. Another first.
Thank you to all who are posting current information.
We came from BCV and walked by YC then around back of BW, but it would be faster from BCV to cross over to BW and go through the Luna Park pool. Even going around the side of BW from BCV would have been shorter/faster. Oh well.
It’s about a 15-20 minute walk. Exit BC walk past YC go over the bridge like you are going to Boardwalk but keep right. The walking path is betweven the Boardwalk and the water.
Due to touch-free protocols at WDW, it would not surprise me that there are no printed sheets available for activities. This photo from allears.net shows “Recreational Offerings” posted on an easel in the lobby of the YC, last week:

Sad to say that I had to end up canceling this trip entirely because of work. That's #4 canceled for the year.
Well...since our GF/Poly split next May is off the table now (I can’t win!!!) we’re considering GF/YC instead. My gf has never stayed in the Epcot area before. We’ll have to see what our TA has for us...hoping CL will be back by then so we can actually try it.
Just back from a fantastic visit to the Yacht Club. It was so nice to be "home."
Definitely noticeably more crowded on the weekend. When we came back from dinner on Friday night we had to park over by the convention center because the regular lot (to the right as you enter) was full. Contrast that with maybe a dozen cars in the regular lot as we were leaving today. On Saturday night, Ale & Compass restaurant had exhausted its walk-up capability and both A&C and Martha's Vineyard lounges had a waits to enter. Rain may also have been a factor but Sunday night there were several open tables in each lounge when I went by.
Construction began today on the front desk and bell services stand at Yacht Club (to the right as you enter) -- both are now walled off. The concierge desk (to the left upon entry) is now concierge, front desk, and bell services.
Cast overall were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Tons of visible cleaning all over. Today I walked by a gentleman who was wiping down the globe in the lobby.
@Euby you asked about the creamers and yogurt available in the market to keep in your room. I only saw milk and a "house-made" yogurt parfait (didn't see any Dannon, Yoplait, etc.). See below pictures. I also included the QR code for mobile ordering.

Called and had Poly stay in December moved to YC. I've only stayed BC and BWI, so YC will be a first. Love the Epcot area so super excited!
BC and YC are two separate entities although they're connected to each other and share the same pool complex. Making a reservation at one will not get you a room at the other.I spend my mornings in WDW sipping coffee on the balcony. If I make a res for a beach club room with a balcony could i get yacht club? It doesnt matter as long as we get...... you guessed it a balcony.
The BC also has a few rooms with shared balconies. Those rooms occur over the Porte Cochere (front entrance) at both resorts. I believe there only are about 12 rooms in total with shared balconies. The one time that I stayed in one of those rooms, the shared balcony did not bother me - never saw anyone from other rooms, but I made sure to keep my drapery closed, when I was in the room. Sometimes, the noise from a very early or very late DME pulling in and out was an annoyance, if trying to sleep, as the sounds can travel up to the rooms overlooking that area. However, for a Standard view room, I would prefer that location over a loading dock or flat roof view.BC and YC are two separate entities although they're connected to each other and share the same pool complex. If you have not stayed at YC, be "warned" that several Standard View rooms have a shared balcony. Some people love them but I certainly would not.

Also, dogs can lodge at YC but not at BC.
Regarding the rooms with shared balconies, how many rooms share the balcony? I’m wondering if I could request these rooms when we go with our friends this month?
Dogs? I am allergic to dogs. When making a reservation do I need to mention that?

If you are that allergic, you should always mention it whenever you stay at a hotel. Service dogs can be in any hotel room at any time.
I saw at least 3 dogs last weekend while staying at YC. I only saw them outdoors - walking by the quiet pool, in the kinda woodsy/grassy section between YC and Dolphin and on the bridge over to the Swan/Dolphin. None were wearing a harness or anything identifying them as a service dog but that doesn't mean they weren't. All were small to medium-sized, leashed, and well-behaved.All that being said, I'm not sure if Disney/YC is still welcoming dogs on reservations. Does anyone know?
At Yacht Club today...arrived at SAB at 9:45...by 11:45 they are on a wait. Pool is full!!
So wait was short lived, as people who got here at opening are leaving...doesn't appear to be a wait any longer. They are directing those who are just coming to the open chairs, and even escorting to the open chairs if needed.
How is the WDW wifi availability in the SAB area?
I have a few video calls that I have to do one of our trip days for work and we have decided to make that our pool day and skip the parks. We rented a cabana at SAB for the day. I was going to go up to the room to do my calls, but there is no reason I couldn't do them pool side if the Wifi is good. any info is appreciated.

Here now and wifi is fine, not strong, but fine. Not sure about video calls but normal stuff is fine
