New Disney Theme Park reservation system

I don’t know why they didn’t stagger it by check in date 🤷🏻‍♀️
I warned my sister, who has off site reservations with already puchased ticket, that it was possible that the date she could make park reservations might change since the system might not be able to handle everyone as currently scheduled. She was very confused :P . She only goes to WDW every 15 years so she's not aware of the IT department's stellar reputation.
 
It appears they have not yet activated the Reservation system. Of course, since this is Disney IT they may have tried earlier this morning and had a fail. Suggest to stay logged in and refresh the page every now and then.

I had been thinking maybe nobody would be interested in going under the current circumstances -- not a good thought :-).

Where is that info from?
 
It may not be up and running yet, but something is going on. I didn't get the pink castle yesterday. My time this morning is up. Got to get on the road. If someone gets through, let us know!

From the verbiage on the page that loads when you click the system. Same as it was yesterday -- advising that it is "coming soon". I had found somewhere else an indication that it would be available at 7 AM - -but this doesn't seem to be the case.

My guess is that they planned to start at 7am (that what they told all the TA's) but it crashed so now they are keeping us all from logging in while they fix it.

Travel agents were told 7 AM but they can’t get through either.

thats what I was thinking too. They probably held off "officially" saying it would be 7 in case something like this happened....which realistically we all knew it would....
 
I have the pink castle on my laptop so I can't sign in, and I am in the app on my phone. I haven't been able to find anything in the app to make park reservations. I have a question in the chat, but they haven't answered.
